Lacrosse Stick:
Plastic head with aluminum, carbon graphite, or titanium enhanced alloy shafts of various lengths and (depending on the age division) sizes. Stick cannot be strung to keep ball in net of stick, only one stop allowed.
Stick Length (measured from the top of the head to the butt end):
U13 and down: 34"-40"
U15 and up: 40"-46"
Helmet:
All helmets must be CSA approved for ice hockey or NOCSAE approved field lacrosse helmet. The helmet must have a chin strap which must be properly secured on both sides cannot be altered from the manufactured form.
Face Mask:
The mask must be CSA approved for ice hockey or NOCSAE approved field lacrosse helmet. Model #411 Sr. or #414 Jr. All masks must be approved for helmet mode that it is mounted on.

Shoulder Pads:
One-piece pad made of flexible, high density impact foam pad with poly-plastic shoulder caps. When properly fitted offers protection for upper body and shoulders.
Rib & Back Pads (Kidney pads):
One-piece light weight plastic and high density impact foam pad which offers protection for the rib and back area.
Arm Pads - 2 Types:
Light weight, hard plastic or high density impact foam, that offers protection for the whole arm, while allowing full range of motion of the arm at the elbow.
Lacrosse gloves:
Various styles of Box Lacrosse gloves are available. High density impact foam with leather or nylon offer protection and flexibility. New contour cuff systems allow better protection of wrists while providing full range of motion. Gloves cannot be altered in anyway from original manufactured design (for example palms cannot be cut out)
Athletic Support & Cup (Jock & Jill)
Lacrosse shoes:
Suitable indoor shoes. Durable runners, high tops are recommended, but not necessary. Flat bottom with a good grip, as most games are played on cement floors, or Astro-turf. No studded or cleat shoes.
