Equipment: Players should come prepared with proper box lacrosse equipment. See the ALA Guide here or our Required Equipment Page. U7 players (born 2018 or later) may be able to play with just a proper helmet, gloves, cup, runners and stick as contact is not a usual part of play at that age group. Some players in that age group feel more comfortable with a full set of equipment.
Coaching Program: Mitch Banister will be the coach this year.
The purpose of this program is on having fun, getting exercise and developing the fundamental skills necessary to have fun playing lacrosse. It is ideal for new or relatively inexperienced players working on the basics before the full season registration starts at the end of February or March. For more experienced players it is a great way to shake off the rust, ensure that your stick skills are ready for evaluations and get your run fitness back in shape.
If you have further questions about scheduling, payment or other details, email registrar@okotokslacrosse.com.
There is a registration limit so we encourage registering as early as circumstances permit.
